Let the wave take you away

If you haven’t experienced this wonderful process with Gabrielle Roth called The Wave Dance, you are really missing out. I absolutely love this music and her voice is so soothing. When I am feeling really anxious, my body doesn’t want to sit to meditate, so I use this to move my body. This gets the energy moving, and then I am able to meditate. The actual exercise starts at about 2:26 minutes into the video. It is so relaxing, and you can just listen to your body and let it tell you how it wants to move. This is a really great way to connect with how you are feeling in your body. Enjoy!

If you are ever feeling angry, anxious, depressed, or any strong emotion-just move your body! It helps so much.
