EFT- Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT is one of the easiest and most amazing techniques I have ever experienced. EFT is a technique that helps move emotions through the body. Since emotions are energy, EFT can help when we  feel stuck or stressed about something. It uses certain pressure points on our bodies. It is even easy to teach kids. The nice thing is, it can be done anytime, anywhere. If you are feeling stressed, just start tapping, and the anxiety will move through your body.

For issues that you have had for awhile, EFT is very effective. If someone is having an issue that won’t seem to go away, it probably means that there are layers to work through. In this case, it might be helpful to work with someone that is trained in EFT, but you don’t have to. You can tap until your level of stress about the issue gets weaker, and then is gone.  EFT can also be used for physical issues, any health related issues,physical pain, emotional issues, addictions, anything that involves your body, mind, or spirit.

This video explains the basics of EFT. There are many websites and You Tube videos that give more information. I had a session last week, and I felt so much relief when it was over. It sounds to good to be true, but it really works! And the best thing is that once you understand how to do it, it is always with you, and you can use it whenever you need to.
